In Forever Red, there are 10 characters drawn from all the shows previous seasons wearing the Red Power Ranger costume.  Forever Red features all the red rangers from the previous shows, except Aurico, who replaced Jason Lee Scott in the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.  With 10 Red Power Rangers, it gets a little difficult to tell who's who.

In this show Jason Lee Scott of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Tommy Oliver Of Power Rangers:Zeo, Theodore Jay Jarvis of Power Rangers: Turbo, Andros of Power Rangers: In Space, Leo Corbett of Power Rangers: Lost Galaxy, Carter Grayson of Power Rangers: Lightspeed Rescue, Wesley Collins of Power Rangers: Time Force and Eric Meyers of Power Rangers: Time force team up with the Red Lion Ranger, Cole Evans to defeat the forces of Orgs.   There are slight differences in the Red Power Rangers costume for each characters.

The characters in Forever Red span all ten seasons of the show and actor Austin St. John, the original Red Power Ranger, and the most popular red ranger ever, returns as his character Jason Lee Scott.  St. John left the show in the middle of the second season due to a contract dispute.

 The Red Power Ranger costumes seem to strike the most resonant chord with the show's viewers who are mostly children.  The Quantum ranger's costume has black accents and is slightly different than the other Red Power Ranger costumes.

The Red Power Ranger costumes are a perennial favorite with the fans of the show whether they're children or teens or young adults that grew up watching.  The Red Power Ranger is the leader of the team in most of the shows and all the fans want to be a leader.  Forever Red is a tribute to the popularity of the Red Power Ranger.  From Mighty Morphin Power Rangers through all the incarnations of the show, the red ranger is clearly the most popular character.
